Description
The Town of Hope Mills Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified design-build teams for Heritage Park Phase II. The selected team will provide design and construction-related services for a single agreement, including architecture; landscape architecture and hardscape design; civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering; stormwater planning and impact analysis; structural analysis and design; permitting support; and construction documents. Planned park improvements include a picnic shelter with attached restrooms, an inclusive playground, outdoor classroom, natural walking trail, bank fishing area, accessible canoe/kayak launch, interpretive signage, site utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and parking. Responses must include a cover letter, signed non-collusion affidavit, project team information and resumes, organizational chart, relevant experience on at least five similar projects completed or performed within the past five years, methodology and procedures, and required equal-employment attestations. The SOQ is limited to six pages, excluding resumes, work examples, and references; compensation will be negotiated with the successful proposer.
