Description

This sources-sought notice is market research for comprehensive IT service management support for the Western Command and Control System. The anticipated scope includes program management; service desk and information management operations; data center, network, unified communications, and audiovisual operations; IT asset accountability and logistics; knowledge management using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform; and cybersecurity support, including Risk Management Framework and Authority to Operate sustainment, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and communications security accountability. Respondents are asked to provide a capabilities statement of no more than five pages addressing seven specified experience areas, including large-headquarters ITSM, cybersecurity, property accountability, service desk support for 1,000 or more users, UC/AV systems, data center operations, and knowledge management. The notice also requests business and socioeconomic information, CAGE code, contract vehicles, and any joint-venture or partnering plans. Minimum Secret clearance is required for personnel, with Top Secret required for selected positions; the notice also identifies surge and 24/7 coverage, COMSEC training, and Spanish and Portuguese fluency for certain public-facing web support.
