Description
This project involves the refinishing of floors in six areas of the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center REV Center building. The scope of work includes demolition of existing flooring, preparation, and coating according to manufacturer requirements. The contractor must coordinate the installation schedule to ensure a 2-3 week completion time, accommodating the Expo Center's event calendar. Bids must adhere to the contract documents available from the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Department. Prospective bidders can obtain specifications, bid documents, contract documents, and construction drawings from the Purchasing Department. Documents can be mailed if a shipping account number is provided. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the job site: Lamar-Dixon Expo Center REV Building, 9039 S. St. Landry Ave, Gonzales, LA 70737. Attendance is required for bid submission. Questions regarding the project must be submitted via email to purchasing@apgov.us by 4:00 PM on June 25, 2026. Responses will be posted on www.centralauctionhouse.com by 4:00 PM on June 30, 2026.
