Description
The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge is soliciting bids for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts and maintenance services for Holgar generators. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on July 2, 2026. Official bid documents can be obtained electronically through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com or by request from the City of Baton Rouge at dsstewart@brla.gov. Bids can be submitted electronically via www.centralbidding.com or using the provided bid forms. Inquiries regarding the solicitation will be accepted until 5:00 PM on June 26, 2026. A virtual bid opening will be held on July 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM, accessible via a provided link or phone number.
