Description
The West Baton Rouge Parish Council is soliciting bids for a supply contract for corrugated metal culverts, corrugated metal culvert-poly coated, and corrugated polyethylene pipe. The contract period will be from July 24th, 2026, to July 24th, 2027. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the item bid/name. Specifications and bid documents can be obtained from the West Baton Rouge Parish Council office at 880 North Alexander Avenue, Port Allen, Louisiana, during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Fridays, excluding holidays), or by emailing Phillip.Bourgoyne@wbrcouncil.org. Materials furnished may be subject to testing procedures outlined in the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development specifications, and suppliers must certify that their materials meet these specifications. Corrugated polyethylene pipe and fittings are to be delivered within one week of receiving purchase orders. The West Baton Rouge Parish Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
