Description
The False River Air Park Commission is soliciting bids for the installation of a Jet A fuel system and associated equipment. The project will involve the construction of these new fuel systems. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the False River Air Park Commission's office, addressed to Jean-Pierre DuRousseau, Airport Manager, at 8662 Airport Spur, New Roads, Louisiana 70760. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. An optional pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the False River Regional Airport, located at 8662 Airport Spur, New Roads, Louisiana 70760. Each organization will be limited to three personnel at this conference. Digital copies of the bid documents can be downloaded from http://Planroom.GarverUSA.com using Quest Project Number 10209355. Bidders are responsible for downloading documents from the Garver online plan room to be included in the Plan Holders List and must acknowledge receipt of addenda in the Bid Form.
