Description
This solicitation is for the replacement of cell block door controls in multiple buildings at the Elayn Hunt Correctional Center located in St. Gabriel, Louisiana. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and will be opened publicly at that time. Bidders must be licensed in Building Construction in the State of Louisiana. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, July 09, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the correctional center. Bids must include a bid security of 5.0% of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the bid documents. The State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Office of Facility Planning and Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Award of the contract is contingent upon the availability of funds, including the sale of bonds or availability of federal funds.
