Description
The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is soliciting bids for a contract to furnish one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge. This dredge will be used for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material within the Atchafalaya River Bay, Bar, and Crewboat Cut Channel in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana. The required dredge must have a discharge size of 27 inches or greater inside diameter and include all attendant plant and crew. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. All work under this contract must be performed in accordance with EM 385-1-1 "Safety and Occupational Health Requirements." Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM). Technical inquiries and questions must be submitted via ProjNet by Friday, July 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Emailed inquiries will not be accepted. The bid opening date will be established by amendment.
