Description
The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) and Community Access Enterprise (CAE) are issuing this Documented Quote (DQ) for a ReCharge Colorado Equity Advisor. The selected contractor will provide information about available electric vehicle (EV) programs and other resources for those living in disproportionately impacted communities. Key tasks include outreach and education (organizing EV events, ride-and-drives, and grant program awareness events), capacity building (training ReCharge coaches and community organizations), and project management (work plan, progress tracking, coordination calls, monthly reporting, and invoicing). The contractor must have experience working with disproportionately impacted communities, bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, and demonstrated expertise in electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. The budget is $125,000, and the anticipated term runs through June 30, 2027.
