Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is soliciting quotes for environmental compliance services. This firm-fixed-price contract, for a one-year period of performance, will focus on developing a Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) and providing support for Storm Water MS4 Phase 2 permits and the Storm Water SMARTS database. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, including California Professional Engineers or environmental professionals with Certified QSP & QSD credentials. The work will adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including NPDES Stormwater Rules and California State Water Resources Control Board requirements. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and has a NAICS code of 541620 with a size standard of $19 million.
