Description
The City of Bismarck is soliciting single-prime bids for reroofing its Water Treatment Sludge Plant. The work includes removal and replacement of existing low-slope adhered and ballasted EPDM roofing systems, removal of existing insulation, verification and supplemental topside sealing of concrete roof deck joints, and installation of new roofing assemblies with vapor barriers, tapered or multiple layers of polyiso insulation, coverboards, and adhered or ballasted EPDM membranes. The project includes base-bid work in Areas A and D and two alternate areas, B and C. Underside deck-joint sealing is furnished separately by the Owner. Bids must include a five-percent bid bond and a current North Dakota contractor's license or certificate of renewal. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds. Substantial completion is required by June 30, 2027.
