Description
Jamestown Parks and Recreation is soliciting sealed bids for the Klaus Park Bathroom project, including building demolition, building construction, sidewalk work, utilities, and landscaping. The contractor may shut down the park during site work, but the park must reopen after site work while building work continues. The successful contractor must commence construction on a date specified by the owner and complete the project by May 27, 2027. Bids must include a five-percent bidder's bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in North Dakota, and bidders must hold the required North Dakota contractor license for the full bid amount. A copy of the license or renewal certificate must be submitted with the bid bond. The bid envelope must include the required project identification, bidder information, license details, addenda acknowledgment, and bid bond.
