This presolicitation concerns roadway maintenance and improvement work for Minuteman missile access roads in six North Dakota counties. The scope includes approximately 50 miles of existing gravel roadway reconditioning and re-graveling, placement of a four-inch aggregate surface course with a maximum roadway width of 24 feet, subgrade repairs, and replacement of up to 27 culverts of variable lengths. Temporary traffic control, contractor quality control, and contractor testing are also included. The procurement is planned as a Fixed-Price Variable Scope contract and is reserved as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Plans and specifications are not yet available, and the notice is expressly not an invitation for bid. The estimated contract value is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, with construction anticipated from June through September 2027.
