Description
The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified vendor to provide SAP S/4HANA staff augmentation services under a single-vendor Master Services Agreement. The contractor will provide expert functional and technical resources for HCM, FICO/Procurement, and SAP development to support system administration, incident resolution, enhancements, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Resources will work 100% remotely, primarily during Municipality of Anchorage business hours, with U.S.-based resources strongly preferred. The initial requirement is two full-time SAP HCM Functional Analyst experts, approximately two full-time-equivalent SAP FILO Application Analyst experts, and one half-time SAP Developer expert. Sample or representative resumes are acceptable at proposal stage, and resources may be employees or subcontractors. The Municipality is transitioning from SAP ECC 6.0 to on-premises SAP S/4HANA 2023 SP04 and expects support for its SAP landscape and related initiatives. The MSA will use fixed hourly rates and individual Statements of Work with not-to-exceed amounts; no minimum hours, resources, SOWs, or expenditures are guaranteed. The contract has a three-year base term with three optional one-year extensions, and rates remain fixed throughout the base and option periods. The current contract with The Peloton Alliance LLC is ending and cannot be extended. Proposals are due September 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time.
