Cook Inlet Housing Authority is requesting completed pricing for snow removal and snow shoveling services at five locations—Grass Creek Village, Grass Creek North 1, Grass Creek North 2, AVS56, and Creekview Plaza 49—with per-occurrence rates differentiated by snowfall depths of 2–4 inches, 4–8 inches, and more than 8 inches. The pricing form also requests per-occurrence rates for parking-lot and sidewalk sanding, per-occurrence de-icing services, material and labor rates for sidewalk and parking-lot ice melt, snow hauling rates per load including equipment, drivers, and dump fees, and hourly rates for additional equipment. Vendors must enter proposed rates in shaded cells and use the notes section for exclusions, assumptions, minimum charges, and service limitations.
