Description
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a registered ServiceNow partner to plan, design, configure, test, deploy, document, and transition a cloud-based ServiceNow ITSM solution replacing Cherwell. The base scope includes core Phase 1 requirements for service intake, catalog and portal capabilities, incident and change management, knowledge management, workflows, routing, approvals, SLAs/OLAs, reporting, access controls, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and transition. Optional Nice to Have Phase 1 requirements must be proposed and priced separately. The contractor must provide requirements traceability, solution design, implementation governance, testing and defect management, an administrator runbook, configuration inventory, knowledge transfer, and 30 calendar days of post-go-live hypercare. The proposal is limited to 20 pages, excluding the cover sheet, appendices, resumes, and required forms, and must use at least 11-point font. Submissions must be made electronically through the Bonfire portal and include a cover letter, implementation and solution-fit narrative, experience and past performance, key personnel and project management information, pricing, resumes and certifications, and required forms. The proposal must acknowledge Addendum 001 and include the specified business, reference, representation, certification, licensing, and Alaska business-license documentation.
