Description
The Audit Services Branch of York Region is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) cloud-based audit technology software solution (SaaS) to automate its audit processes. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Region's Bids and Tenders website by 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 22, 2026. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. A mandatory Cloud Security Assessment Questionnaire (CSAQ) must be fully completed; failure to do so will result in proposal rejection. Proponents scoring less than 60% on Section A or the entire CSAQ will not be considered for further evaluation. Additionally, proposals must be compatible with the Microsoft 365 Platform; non-compatible proposals will be rejected.
