Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking commercial bread products for Federal Correctional Institution Bastrop's first quarter of fiscal year 2027. Line-item quantities, product descriptions, packaging requirements, Certified Menu Specifications, BOP Religious Diet Specifications, and delivery schedules are provided in the SF 1449 and solicitation documents. The Government may make multiple purchase orders and award individual line items to one or more quoters. Products must meet the applicable specifications, be properly dated and labeled, and be delivered palletized unless otherwise approved. Perishable products must meet specified temperature requirements, and noncompliant or damaged products may be rejected and require removal at the contractor's expense. Quotations must use the attached SF 1449, including completion of Block 17(a) and Blocks 30(a) through 30(c), and must include all transportation and delivery charges.
