Description
The Lake Placid Village Electric Department is procuring single-phase distribution transformers in polemount conventional and padmount loop-feed configurations. The bid schedule lists eight transformer line items, including several kVA ratings and standard or dual primary-voltage options. Bidders must provide pricing and delivery information, manufacturer bulletins, specifications, and dimension sheets, and identify any deviations from the specifications. The submission must include the completed proposal forms, a printed bid schedule, and an Excel copy of the completed bid schedule on a USB thumb drive. The bid package also requires a signed non-collusive bid certificate and the specified equipment-conformity information. The contract documents state that the equipment is to be delivered to the Owner’s storage yard; the bid deposit is not required.
