Description
The Virginia Department of Forensic Science is seeking boiler spare parts under a quick quote solicitation. Bidders must clearly identify the products offered and provide complete descriptive literature, catalog cuts, and specifications sufficient for the Commonwealth to evaluate compliance with the requirements. The award will be made on a grand-total basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with award priority for a DSBSD-certified microbusiness when applicable, followed by a DSBSD-certified small business. The solicitation provides for one purchase order, requires delivery pricing to include applicable freight and installation charges, and requires products to be assembled and set in place if installation is applicable. Any equipment supplied must include operations and maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and warranty information.
