Description
Rattlesnake Ridge Water District is soliciting bids for exposed waterline repairs at four Kentucky sites. The work includes removing existing pipe and installing approximately 40 linear feet of 0.75-inch PVC waterline and 60 linear feet of 3-inch PVC waterline, along with approximately 848 linear feet of horizontal directional drilling, mobilization, demobilization, and traffic control. The contractor must restore disturbed landscaping, asphalt, and concrete; obtain required permits, inspections, and engineering approvals; document quantities and disposal locations; and provide before-and-after photographs with invoices. The bid requires a 5% bid guarantee and submission of insurance documentation, including general liability, professional liability, automobile and water vehicle liability, physical damage coverage, and workers’ compensation coverage. Work is expected to be completed within 60 days of contract award.
