Description
The City of Huntington Fire Department is soliciting bids for the purchase of Bullard thermal imaging cameras. The solicitation permits zero unit prices and labor but does not permit negative unit prices or labor. Additional terms state that the City may reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and cancel the contract with 30 days' written notice. The attached fixed-price contract provides for payment after delivery of the final goods or services and allows the City, at its option, to renew the contract for two one-year periods or a portion thereof. The contract also requires the vendor to maintain any licenses, permits, or other authorizations necessary to perform the contract.
