Description
UK King's Daughters Medical Center is soliciting bids to establish a purchase order for four new, current-production vehicles for its Plant Operations Department: one full-size Ram cargo-type van, one full-size Ram 2500 crew-cab 4x4 truck, and two full-size Ram 1500 crew-cab 4x4 trucks. Bidders may bid on one or all vehicles. Vehicles must meet applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, be delivered complete and ready for operation, include manufacturer-standard warranties, required documentation and accessories, and include specified equipment such as air conditioning, power features, backup cameras, towing equipment, bed liners, and other vehicle-specific features. Delivery is required to the medical center. The bid requires a completed pricing response, company information, signed certification statements, and one original printed bid plus one USB drive in a sealed envelope.
