Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award an open-market sole-source contract to Bruker Scientific LLC for full-service maintenance of a Bruker MALDI Biotyper Sirius CA mass spectrometer. The equipment is identified by tag number 68566 and serial number 189013341940. The anticipated scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, labor, replacement parts, software updates and upgrades, and technical support. Other capable sources may submit a capability statement with supporting documentation demonstrating access to trained personnel, compatible parts, software updates, and technical support. The notice states that Bruker Scientific LLC is the sole authorized U.S. service provider, but the Government will consider timely capability information before proceeding.
