Description
The Trustees of Purdue University are soliciting sealed bids for two complete-construction projects at the West Lafayette Campus: South Russell Water Line Connections - 2026 and Spurgeon Golf Training Center Exterior Painting - 2026. Each bid must be submitted on Form 96 with executed Form 96A financial data, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a contractor employee drug-testing program, the Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire, and other documents required by the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction is required in an amount equal to the maximum total of the base bid and alternate bids. The remaining Questionnaires and Material Lists are due after the bid opening. Voluntary pre-bid meetings are scheduled for each project.
