Description
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a contractor to furnish all materials and equipment and perform all labor required to excavate borrow material from the Cox Creek Uplands Borrow Area within the Cox Creek Dredged Material Containment Facility and transport the material to the Cox Creek STAR Facility for stockpiling. The solicitation identifies a 27% Minority Business Enterprise requirement. The submission checklist includes a Construction Bid Form, Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Conflict of Interest form, Bid Bond Form, MBE Attachment A, Contractor's Qualification Questionnaire, List of Subcontractors, Equipment List, Certification Regarding Investment in Iran, and Certification Regarding Discriminatory Boycott of Israel. An original hard copy of the bid bond must be mailed or hand delivered to Maryland Environmental Service headquarters in Millersville, Maryland.
