Description
This is a Sources Sought notice only, used for market research and preliminary planning. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVMC) in Indianapolis requires testing, balancing, adjusting, and certifying of airflow and pressures in 138 identified pressure-critical areas, rooms, and laboratories. This work must be performed by a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) certified contractor whose primary business is test, adjust, and balance (TAB) of HVAC systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, calibration instruments, software, and NEBB-certified labor to ensure proper airflow direction and air changes per hour in these critical spaces. Upon completion, NEBB-certified reports must be provided in a timely manner.
