Description
Nashoba Regional School District is soliciting one vendor to provide both internet and WAN connectivity. The requirements include 5 Gbps fiber internet access at Nashoba Regional High School; six 3 Gbps fiber WAN connections serving district schools; two 10 GB fiber hub ports; an IP block of 30 or similar; and separately priced DDoS mitigation. Installation, special construction, initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support may be required. The high-school service will support a new building at the existing address, with installation beginning approximately March 2027 and services fully operational by June 1, 2027. The district seeks a 36-month agreement beginning July 1, 2027. The opportunity also requests 240 three-year wireless access-point license renewals, identified as Juniper Networks Sub-1S-3Y-E or equivalent, along with wireless access points and necessary software and licenses and basic maintenance of internal connections. Quotes must address all listed equipment and services; responses that do not include both internet and WAN services will be disqualified.
