Description
Si View Metropolitan Park District is requesting proposals for website services covering upgrades, improvements, emergency repairs, and ongoing maintenance of its approximately 100-page public website. The selected consultant will migrate the site to WordPress or an equivalent content management system that district staff can maintain, improve design, navigation, mobile responsiveness, usability, accessibility, performance, and security, and develop or customize themes, plugins, integrations, forms, surveys, and other requested features. The scope also includes backups, troubleshooting, security and software updates, Google Analytics integration, basic SEO metadata, accessibility testing and W3C validation, hosting coordination, staff training, technical support, and future enhancements. The initial contract term is two years. Proposals must include organizational qualifications, a service-level approach, three professional references, project experience, project understanding, methodology, and the completed cost proposal form. The solicitation states that proposals must not exceed 11 single-sided pages in 12-point type, excluding resumes and references.
