Description
The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals for a complete turnkey upgrade of the audiovisual, broadcasting, lighting, and control systems serving its City Council Chambers, associated control room, and adjacent conference room. The scope includes a 120-inch projection system, three control-room displays, video routing and distribution, professional audio reinforcement, nine council microphone positions, four wireless handheld microphones, three remotely operated PTZ cameras, production switching, recording, live streaming, council-dais lighting, centralized touchscreen control, AV networking, equipment racks, power conditioning and battery backup, cabling, and relocation of existing displays to the conference room for overflow use. The selected contractor must provide all equipment, software, licensing, mounting, programming, configuration, integration, installation, testing, commissioning, staff training, documentation, as-built information, warranty details, and technical support information necessary for a fully functional system. Proposals must include contractor qualifications and at least three similar audiovisual project references, a project approach and schedule, proposed system and equipment details, installation and integration approach, warranty and support information, and a total project price including equipment, labor, installation, programming, testing, training, documentation, shipping, and related costs.
