Anne Arundel County Public Schools seeks multiple qualified agencies to provide appropriately credentialed personnel for a Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model serving 12 elementary schools and students with significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Required personnel include two Board Certified Behavior Analysts, eight Registered Behavior Technicians, and one Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or equivalent licensed mental health provider. Services include functional behavioral assessments, behavioral intervention plans, direct observation and school-based intervention support, behavioral data collection, staff coaching, crisis prevention and de-escalation planning, mental health-informed consultation, participation in student and multidisciplinary meetings, and supervision of RBTs. Proposals must include staffing and cost information, resumes and credentials, relevant experience, financial documents, a technical proposal, a separate financial proposal, and the specified affidavits and attachments. The contract is expected to run through September 30, 2027, with two one-year extension options.
