Description
The Maryland Judiciary is accepting open and continuous applications from companies seeking certification as Vendor Electronic Filing Service Providers (VEFSPs). Certified providers will offer customers electronic filing services through the Maryland Electronic Courts system for appellate, circuit, and District courts. Applicants must complete the certification process, obtain approval from the Administrative Office of the Courts and certification from Tyler Technologies, execute the Vendor Electronic Filing Service Provider Agreement and Electronic Filing Service Provider Agreement, and satisfy technical and operational requirements. These include implementing Tyler's specifications, maintaining production transaction rejection rates at no more than 1% for technical reasons, supporting customers, protecting confidential information, and providing accessibility information such as a VPAT or equivalent report. The agreement provides for a five-year term with five one-year renewal options.
