PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 27-001, Towing and Vehicle Storage Services NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive Proposals forTowing and Vehicle Storage Services, RFP No. 27-001. Project Summary: The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting proposals through this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide comprehensive towing, recovery, transportation, storage, and related services. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and must be available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including holidays. Respondents must demonstrate the personnel, equipment, facilities, operational capabilities, and experience necessary to safely and efficiently perform the required services in accordance with Town requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Proposals: The Town will accept proposals on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. You may submit your proposal by the due date and time through the linkprovided in the Request for Proposal No. Towing and Vehicle Storage Services. Proposals must include all information items listed in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of proposal, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED ORHAND-DELIVERED SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. There will be a non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting. Description

The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive towing, accident recovery, transportation, vehicle storage, police-directed towing, roadside assistance, debris removal, special-event towing, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. The Town anticipates awarding up to four contracts covering light- and medium-duty towing, with respondents required to provide sufficient personnel, equipment, storage facilities, operational capacity, and the ability to arrive within 30 minutes for calls within Town boundaries. Contractors must maintain at least eight tow vehicles, including at least two medium-duty vehicles, staged in proximity to Queen Creek, and provide approved storage facilities within 15 miles of the Town's designated center point. The scope also includes secure storage, vehicle release, customer payment processing, daily reporting, accident-scene cleanup, and compliance with Arizona towing laws and regulations. Fixed rates are established by the Town, and respondents must accept the rate schedule. The anticipated initial contract term is two years, with up to two additional two-year renewal terms. The response must include the completed towing questionnaire, fleet composition, menu of charges, storage-lot photographs, sample invoice, and any desired additional-services pricing. Respondents must also complete or confirm required certifications and questionnaire items, including non-collusion, debarment, legal-worker, anti-lobbying, insurance, contract exceptions, conflict-of-interest, references, and cooperative-purchasing information.
