INVITATION TO BID Flores and North Drive Waterline Replacement Project City of Show Low Project No. 7602670 The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Flores and North Drive Waterline Replacement Project, City of Show Low Project No. 7602670 in the City of Show Low, for the furnishing of all labor, material, transportation and services for the project. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installation of approximately 7,800 linear feet of 8-inch water main, fire hydrants, valves, pavement replacement and other related improvements. This work shall take place along Cub Lake Road, Flores Drive and North Drive and other nearby streets in Show Low, Arizona, 85901. Bid Documents and Project Plans are available at no cost on the City's website; showlowaz.gov. It is the sole responsibility of the party responding to the Invitation to Bid to obtain all information, addenda, updates, etc. to meet the submittal dates and requirements. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 2PM at City Hall, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ. Written questions will be accepted until October 7, 2026, at 12PM. Submit written questions to Trampas Johnston, Engineering Project Manager, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 or tjohnston@showlowaz.gov. Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineering Project Manager, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, at 2PM, with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. Sealed Bids Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope.
