Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency is requesting a white paper to support planning for a potential Endpoint Security Event Management System requirement for Project Manager Command & Control Infrastructure and Network Enterprise Technology Command. The anticipated effort would provide global, 24/7/365 cybersecurity engineering, integration, operations, maintenance, training, documentation, and service desk support across Army enterprise, tactical, cloud, and hybrid environments. Major capabilities include Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Elastic Defend management; endpoint detection and response; Comply-to-Connect and network access control; unified security information and event management using Elastic technologies; integration with Forescout, ICAM, Microsoft Sentinel, Gabriel Nimbus, and other Army platforms; post-quantum cryptography discovery and readiness assessment; NETCOM Edge hosting and analytics; and laboratory, transition, reporting, and RMF support. The response must be a white paper addressing company information, technical approach and innovation, integration and data strategy, and comparable experience in at least three specified capability areas. Responses may not exceed three single-spaced pages in 12-point type with one-inch margins on 8.5-by-11-inch pages, and all associated email items may not exceed 20 MB. The PWS identifies Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and other Army mission locations as performance sites, with remote-work flexibility subject to stated restrictions. The PWS also specifies Section 508 accessibility, CMMC Level 2 Self, RMF, classified-access, and other cybersecurity requirements for the anticipated contract.
