Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to provide an Endpoint Security Event Management System. This system will support the Department of War (DoW) Information Network-Army, including fielding, installation, training, and technical publications. Key capabilities include operating and maintaining a global endpoint ecosystem using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Elastic Defend, enforcing Zero Trust Architecture initiatives, managing Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM), and integrating with Identity Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) services. The anticipated requirement is for a single-award IDIQ contract with an estimated ceiling of $850 million and a period of performance of a 2-year base period followed by eight 1-year option periods. The primary place of performance is expected to be at the Global Cyber Center, Fort Huachuca, Arizona, with oversight at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and support for four Regional Cyber Centers globally. Interested sources must demonstrate experience in large-scale integration of EDR, C2C, and SIEM architectures exceeding 800,000 endpoints, Zero Trust & IL5/IL6 compliance, proficiency with Microsoft Defender, Elastic Stack, Forescout, and Azure cloud environments, and the ability to innovate and modernize cybersecurity capabilities. Responses should detail experience in training development, fielding and installation support, modernization, cybersecurity management, data management, and system administration, including experience with Authorization To Operate for DoW systems.
