Description
The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bids for general repair and rehabilitation work at 2017 Harris Street and 3 Mackinaw Court. Bidders must use the proposal forms supplied by the City, which may be obtained from the City Purchasing Office and will not be mailed. A mandatory pre-bid inspection will be held with contractors and the specification writer at each job site. Bidders must comply with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and certify that they are not listed as ineligible contractors by the Comptroller General or as debarred rehabilitation contractors by the City of Saginaw. Proposals must remain valid for at least 90 days after bid closing.
