Description
East Carolina University (ECU) is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors for various trades for the construction of a new Regional Outpatient Behavioral Health Facility. The project is being managed by TALoving Company, with BSA LifeStructures serving as the design firm. Subcontractors are being sought for a wide range of packages, including general requirements, cleaning, concrete, masonry, steel, millwork, roofing, drywall, tile, flooring, ceilings, painting, specialties, signage, partitions, window treatments, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sitework, site concrete, pavers, fencing, gates, and landscaping. Electronic submissions for pre-qualification are due by 4:00 PM on August 28, 2026, and should be sent to Manuel Castillo at mcastillo@taloving.com.
