Description
The City of Greenville's Project Management Department is soliciting bids for the Kiln Room Enclosure project at the Jaycee Park Administration Building. This project involves converting an existing covered patio into a fully enclosed, conditioned workspace. The scope of work includes providing materials, equipment, and labor for plumbing fixtures, insulation, and a new roof structure. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and complying with OSHA safety guidelines.
