Description
The Jackson County Port Authority is soliciting bids to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to rehabilitate two at-grade railroad crossings, each approximately 90 linear feet long, at the Port of Pascagoula. The work includes replacement of subgrade, subballast, ties, OTM, rail bolts, asphalt, and associated improvements. Bidders may submit a sealed bid by mail or hand delivery, or submit electronically through Central Bidding. A bid bond, certified check, or bank draft equal to 5% of the total bid is required with each bid. The solicitation identifies the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, contract, plans, specifications, bid bond, performance bond, payment bond, and other contract documents as available for examination or purchase through the engineer's plan room.
