The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none monthly price for lawn maintenance at its Marine Resources Division office. Required services include mowing, weed eating, hard edging of concrete areas, blowing grass clippings and other areas as needed, and light trash cleanup in grooming areas, according to the attached monthly service schedule. The solicitation also includes a quotable line for additional services as needed. Vendors must enter $0.00 for that line and attach a fee schedule for heavy tree trimming and debris removal, bed mulching, and planting annuals. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agreement may be renewed annually for a total term not exceeding five years, with a cumulative value capped at $25,000.
