Description
The City of Moss Point is soliciting bids for approximately one mile of roadway construction and improvements along the Interstate 10 corridor. The scope includes drainage, curb and gutter, striping, utility upgrades and installation, and all related labor, equipment, materials, plant, and work required by the contract documents. The project must comply with Mississippi highway specifications, federal-aid labor provisions, and RESTORE Act funding requirements. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the total bid price; the successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. Bids may be submitted by sealed envelope or through the City's electronic bid submission link, with the same sealed-bid requirements applying to electronic submissions.
