Description
The New York City Administration for Children's Services, through its Developmental Disabilities Unit, seeks one vendor to provide psychological evaluations and related clinical services for children, adolescents, adults, and parents with suspected or documented intellectual or developmental disabilities. Services include full-scale IQ and adaptive-functioning assessments, psychosocial assessments, CARS-3 and ADOS-3 autism testing, standalone adaptive behavior assessments, and decision-specific capacity evaluations for consent and guardianship-related needs. Evaluations may be performed in home/community-based, clinic-based, ACS, or other approved settings. The contractor must provide appropriately licensed and trained clinicians, complete standard evaluations within 30 business days and expedited evaluations within 10 business days when requested, support English and Spanish service delivery, and submit a budget narrative and all-inclusive per-service rates. The anticipated maximum funding is $750,000 for the initial three-year term, with one additional three-year renewal option; one contract is anticipated.
