Description
Wahluke School District 73 is seeking sealed proposals for six Cisco Meraki MS150-48FP switches or equivalent enterprise-grade, cloud-managed switches, along with five-year licensing. Each proposed switch must provide 48-port Gigabit Ethernet switching, full PoE+ capability, Layer 2 switching with Layer 3 capabilities, at least 10Gb uplink capability, SFP/SFP+ compatibility, rack mounting, manufacturer warranty, and enterprise-grade support and firmware maintenance. The proposal must also include 12 compatible 10Gb SFP/SFP+ modules and all required accessories, including rack-mounting hardware, power supplies, and power cords. Vendors must provide itemized pricing, identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible components, submit manufacturer and technical documentation, confirm compatibility and warranty/support details, and provide product availability and delivery estimates. Installation, activation, and configuration services are not requested. The procurement is contingent on E-Rate funding, district funding, and any required school board approval.
