Description
The City of Yakima is soliciting quotes for new, unused heavy-duty sewer and stormwater infrastructure components, including locking hinged manhole rings and lids with sewer or stormwater logos, unbranded and logoed manhole lids, slotted manhole lids, galvanized steel catch basin curb inlet grates, a rectangular access cover, and sewer cleanout lids and rings. The solicitation also allows pricing for similar items not specifically shown through a discount from the manufacturer's list price. Products must meet the specified dimensions and applicable heavy-traffic, ADA, bicycle-traffic, safety, and Washington State design requirements. Bidders must provide engineering drawings, product specifications, stock or order numbers, minimum order quantities, warranty information, and a completed technical specification analysis. The solicitation requires USA country of origin with no substitutions for the specified items. Delivery is requested within 45 days after order placement, and the resulting contract has a one-year term with up to three additional one-year extensions.
