Description
The City seeks a contractor to construct flood mitigation and drainage improvements, including grading and excavation for a stormwater detention pond, concrete box culverts, storm drain piping, inlets, erosion controls, riprap, and related site restoration. The project also includes replacing and upgrading a stormwater lift station pump, controls, force main, and associated electrical and mechanical components. The contractor must furnish the labor, materials, and equipment required by the plans and specifications and complete the work within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Bidders must submit qualifications and similar-project experience, references, key personnel information, a proposed project schedule, financial and safety information, required certifications and disclosures, pricing, and bid security. The bid security is 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, and a maintenance bond is required by the contract documents.
