Description
The U.S. Geological Survey seeks GIS and graphics support for its National and Global Petroleum Assessment Project. GIS work includes accessing, compiling, digitizing, managing, and allocating surface and subsurface oil and gas data; finalizing map boundaries; maintaining project data; and preparing maps and GIS files for assessment products and publications. Graphics work includes producing maps, figures, presentation materials, posters, tables, and other visuals for scientific reviews, briefings, conferences, publications, online use, and congressional requests. The contractor will support an anticipated workload averaging about 30 province assessments and 30 publications per year, collaborate with the Project Chief, and provide deliverables that meet technical and quality standards. The solicitation requests a firm-fixed-price proposal covering a one-year base period, four one-year options, and a six-month extension. Proposals must address technical approach and capabilities, personnel and staffing, relevant experience, past performance, and pricing. An Accessibility Conformance Report and related accessibility information are required for each commercially available ICT item offered.
