Description
The City of Niles is soliciting sealed proposals for the Street Department Garage Gutter Replacement Project. The solicitation includes the associated proposal and contract forms, plans, and specifications. Bidders must submit a signed certification of compliance with federal and state nondiscrimination laws and regulations. Each proposal must include either a certified check or bidder's bond for at least 5% of the proposal amount. Electronic proposals will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at the street department garage.
