Flagstaff Unified School District is soliciting quotes for Category 1 internet access and data transmission service with capacity from 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps, including basic conduit/ISP services and installation and initial configuration. The district requests pricing for a one-year contract with extensions, as well as three-year contract options; contracts under 60 months should allow annual or month-to-month extensions up to a total of 60 months. The Category 2 scope includes installation and initial configuration of routers, switches, wireless access points, wireless controllers, an uninterruptible power supply and switched PDUs, stacking cable, and associated software and licenses. Requested equipment includes Meraki routers, Cisco fiber and multigigabit PoE+ switches, Cisco Wi-Fi 7 access points, wireless controller capability, and APC battery-backup equipment. Quotes must separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services, comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule, and specifically address the requested scope. This is not a formal sealed-bid or RFP process; proposals exceeding $100,000 must be tied to an approved state, cooperative, or compliant consortium contract. The Form 470 identifies an associated RFQ for WLAN equipment and states that bids may be considered beginning October 24, 2026, after the required 28-day posting period.
