Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southeast Region, is soliciting a contractor to demolish, clean up, and remove numerous abandoned structures, vehicles, trailers, and debris from State Game Lands 139, including at least one house, one mobile home, one school bus, one outbuilding, one outhouse, three sheds, two wood canopies, a pole building, their contents, scattered rubbish, and multiple debris piles. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, insurance, and miscellaneous expenses required to perform the work in accordance with the attached job specifications, procedures, and terms. The opportunity is a one-time site-restoration project with performance beginning upon award and continuing through June 30, 2027. The updated solicitation deadline is November 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, with electronic bid opening at 2:01 PM. Bids must be submitted through the Commonwealth's electronic procurement system. A performance security of $1,500 is required from the successful bidder before the contract term begins, and insurance certificates are required before work commences.
