Description
This sources-sought notice is market research for potential contractors capable of managing and performing base-wide refuse collection, disposal, and recycling services. The anticipated scope includes labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items needed to perform the work. The notice does not request proposals or quotes and will not result in an award; interested firms are asked to complete the attached Sources Sought Questionnaire to help the Government assess industry capabilities. The questionnaire requests company and partner information, small-business classifications, the percentage of work the prime can perform, and details on up to three similar past-performance projects. The anticipated contract structure, if later solicited, is a base period plus four one-year options. The questionnaire lists a total five-year price range of $15 million.
